UnitEd operates in the United Kingdom through close partnerships with two leading Jewish organizations in the field of Jewish education. Our work is carried out in collaboration with PaJeS, which supports Jewish schools across England, and London School of Jewish Studies (LSJS), a leading academic institution dedicated to the training and professional development of Jewish educators. Together, we work to strengthen Jewish identity, deepen students’ connection to their local Jewish communities, and foster a meaningful relationship with the State of Israel. Through these partnerships, UnitEd reaches thousands of students studying in more than 90 Jewish schools across England, Scotland, Ireland, and Gibraltar.

Twenty-two Jewish educators from all across UK came together for the PaJeS Annual Conference for Heads of Jewish Studies, held in partnership with UnitEd, The Ministry for Diaspora Affairs and Combating Antisemitism, and the UK Board of Deputies. This year the conference focused on teaching diverse Jewish history, culture, and practices. The theme was inspired by experiences of pupils in UK Jewish schools and the Board of Deputies’ Commission on Racial Inclusivity in the Jewish Community.
