In the immediate aftermath of October 7th and during the first days of the Iron Swords War, UnitEd was inundated with urgent requests from Jewish educators around the world. Teachers sought appropriate educational materials to help them explain and mediate the complex events that had unfolded. Simultaneously, a critical need emerged for public advocacy content among students and school communities, particularly in response to an unprecedented wave of disinformation and antisemitism.
UnitEd created six mini-sites featuring unique educational materials and information about the war, suggested activities, videos, guiding webinars for teachers and students, and well-being and mental health resources. In addition, during the war, UnitEd led three global social-educational campaigns promoting mutual responsibility and support among Jewish schools and communities worldwide. Hundreds of schools and thousands of students from around the world participated in these initiatives.
