Educator and Leadership Development

Over 1,600 Jewish educators gathered in Buenos Aires on July 2025 for the 7th Annual Jewish Education Conference, the largest in Latin America. Over three days, principals, teachers, and community leaders shared ideas on shaping Jewish identity and values for the future.

UnitEd partnered with the Zionist Federation of Australia on their bi-annual Jewish educators conference on August 2024. Over 400 Jewish educators gathered in Melbourne, Australia at the Mt. Scopus College campus from across the country and beyond for the 2-day event.

Empowering Jewish High School Educators Across Europe and the UK - Nearly 70 Jewish high school teachers came together in London on June 2025 for a professional development conference hosted by UnitEd and London School Jewish Studies.

Latin American Teachers visited Israel in February 2025 as part of Shahak, a program under the Western Wall Heritage Foundation. This first-of-its-kind initiative was designed to make Jewish children's Bar/Bat Mitzvah year deeply meaningful by connecting them to Jewish values.

French Jewish Educators Study Tour in Poland took place on July, 2025. Through site visits, discussions, and educational workshops, the program offers participants a deeper understanding of Jewish heritage and the tools to enrich Holocaust education in their schools and communities.

Members of KIDMA - the Jewish Education Leaders Vision Forum in Latin America – visited Israel om December 2025. This pioneering initiative brings together 42 Jewish school principals representing approximately 75 Zionist Jewish schools across Latin America, making them a powerful force for educational excellence throughout the region. Supported by UnitEd in partnership with the Ministry for Diaspora Affairs and Combating Antisemitism, the World Zionist Organization, and The Pincus Fund, KIDMA serves as a vital space for collaboration and institutional empowerment. Through professional exchange, strategic alliances, and resource optimization, the Forum is working to transform and strengthen the Zionist Jewish educational network in Latin America, ensuring its educational impact, excellence, innovation, and sustainability for generations to come.

Lifnai Vlifnim brought together, on December 2025, in partnership with UnitEd, over 150 educators from over 30 schools and 4 countries in the US for two days dedicated to facilitating deeper connections between students, teachers, Torah and God. Cohort schoolteachers took a deep dive into the components of Lifnai Vlifnim's Lev HaShavua model, learning how to build presence, facilitate reflective Torah learning and listen to others. School leaders explored the broader goals of Lifnai Vlifnim and evaluate their progress as they work to transform the culture of spirituality in their schools.
