“Renaissance” Europe

Revitalizing Jewish Life in Europe through Jewish Education. Ensuring continuity and growth requires a unified, collective strategy
“Renaissance” Europe

A Collaborative Approach

Jewish education across the continent faces significant challenges that no single organization can solve alone. "Renaissance” coordinates efforts among foundations, including UnitEd, working on Jewish education in Europe. By fostering collaboration through a streamlined HUB organization, we build collective knowledge and maximize philanthropic impact. This framework aligns our work while preserving each partner's independence, ensuring proactive investment in educator training and pedagogical development.

Making It Happen

The "Renaissance" HUB focuses on three key areas: educator professional development, curriculum and pedagogy, and program support for day schools, youth movements, and adult learning.
The HUB manages collaboration, conducts mapping and research, and initiates new programs. Our approach is holistic, viewing education as a lifelong process that is culturally sensitive, respects local heritage, and prioritizes education as a sustainable profession and the cornerstone of community empowerment.
