Over 100 Jewish day schools worldwide have joined UnitEd's up to 3-year Strategic Growth Process Program to strengthen and empower their institutions and educational teams. After creating a customized roadmap for each school, our expert advisors guide them through a multi-step growth process, working closely with the school's leadership team.
This journey begins with inspiration and visionary thinking, progressing toward a practical, actionable work plan. Each school follows this process tailored to its unique needs and culture.
The model is flexible and modular. It is intended to be tailored to each country and community, according to its distinctive local and cultural characteristics, educational and pedagogical views, and ethos. Every school is accompanied by a consultant in implementing the model.
The experience and skills of the process consultant have a significant impact on the model's application. The consultant is expected to help the school navigate the various components of the process.
It is a theoretical framework within which each school, through its communal wisdom, can develop its own process, responding to its individual needs and highlighting its special strengths.
